It said our account had been charged $369.96 and gave a phone number to call if we hadn’t authorised the purchase, urging us to get in touch within 24 hours to dispute the fee. I checked the genuine Paypal customer service number, and it’s a UK 0800 line, nothing like the one they gave. Totally a scam.
