Someone rang me from this number saying they were from an insurance firm called "M.E.H" and wanted to verify info about a life insurance policy. They already had my name right without me giving it to them, which felt really dodgy. I told them straight away that I wouldn't be confirming anything and that they shouldn't even have my phone number. I also warned them I'd report it to the police. Just as I was asking them to remove my details, they suddenly ended the call.

About ten minutes ago I got a call from a lady with an accent claiming she was from some company named MEH. She said there was an issue with my life insurance. I told her my insurance isn’t with them at all. She insisted they were just letting me know there’s a problem. I asked if she even knew which company my insurance was with and she said no. So I told her if there really was a problem, my insurer would contact me directly, thanks but no thanks!

So annoying, got another spam call. Didn't pick up since I've been getting loads of these scam calls lately.

Got a call from this number earlier, it only lasted about 35 seconds then they just dropped it. My phone flagged it as spam so I didn’t bother answering. Happy I trusted the warning!

Somebody tried to fish for personal information by posing as a representative from a life insurance firm. They were probing into sensitive matters like diabetes and previous strokes, which raised a few red flags for me.

Received a call where the bloke claimed I possessed a life insurance policy worth £100,000, which is absolutely not the case. He then suggested there might be a problem linked to it. When I clarified that I don't have any life insurance at all, he shifted his story and mentioned my mortgage. I told him that wasn’t applicable either, and just like that, he hung up. What a right tosser!

This number has been calling me quite a few times today. Sometimes there’s silence when I answer, and other times the call just ends abruptly. Twice when someone actually spoke, it was a muffled mention of a business, but they hung up as soon as I asked them to say it again. Feels like a scam, but there’s a chance it’s something more dodgy going on.
