Had a bloke with an Indian accent ring me claiming to be from BT Openreach, and he kicked off with "How are you today?" which instantly made me suspicious! I just chuckled and told him I doubted he was really with Openreach, and then he just hung up. Using a local number like that is pretty sneaky, so honestly, I don’t reckon this post will help much against it.
