This woman rang up saying she was with TalkTalk, claiming there were issues with my system. She asked if she could remotely access my computer to fix and reset my internet. Seemed odd to me, so I didn’t go along with it.

Some woman rang claiming to be from TalkTalk, but when I asked who she was, she couldnt say. She went on about someone trying to hack into my broadband or summat. I just told her that was rubbish and to get lost.
