I got a call from someone claiming to be TalkTalk support, saying my router was picking up viruses and they wanted to help fix it. They asked if I could be near the router, but I didn't move. The guy had an Indian accent and said his name was Jack Daniels, which I found a bit odd. He ended the call pretty quickly after that.

I had this exact issue too, they kept telling me my internet was going to be cut off because of some virus. They wouldn't stop going on about it and in the end, I just ended the call. They were really pushy with what they were saying.

Got a phone call from someone claiming to be Talk Talk customer support, warning me my broadband would be cut off. Definitely a scam - I’ve already reported it. Watch out everyone!
