I received a call from a chap who spoke with a rather thick accent. He claimed there were issues with my internet and that my speeds were abysmally low. He went so far as to say he represented Virgin Media and was willing to sort it all out from his end. Seemed a bit dodgy to me!

Got a call from some bloke saying he was from Virgin Media. He said there was an issue with our internet speed and tried to sort it out "over the phone". When I told him I didn’t think he was legit and asked him for the account holder’s name, he just hung up on me.
