Every time I pick up, there’s just silence on the other end. I was under the impression that these types of calls had become obsolete.

Absolutely dreadful individuals! I was hit with a charge of 75p just for mistakenly dialling their number. Total scammers, without a doubt! A right nuisance, so do yourself a favour and steer clear of them at all costs!
