Just received yet another call related to our computer issues. But I'm really baffled-how on earth did they know our name?

I've received a few calls from this number now. Each time, I mention that I'm an IT engineer managing a network of around 700 machines. I ask them if they can specify which computer or server they're allegedly addressing with their so-called threat. Naturally, they’re unable to provide any details, and they promptly end the call!

I've asked them on two separate occasions to cease calling. They keep trying to reach my late husband, who has passed away. They called on the 17th and 18th of July at precisely ten to two. One of the callers keeps bringing up matters related to computers.
