Just received yet another call related to our computer issues. But I'm really baffled-how on earth did they know our name?

This number has called me several times. I usually say I’m an IT engineer responsible for managing around 700 computers and ask them to specify which server or PC the supposed threat is targeting. Since they can’t give me any clear details, they just end up hanging up!

Twice now I’ve asked them not to call me anymore. They keep ringing for my husband, who’s passed away. They called on the 17th and again the 18th of July, both times around 1:50. The person on the line was talking about computers or something like that. It’s really upsetting.
