When my wife picked up the phone, the caller claimed to be from BT. She quickly said she was heading out and couldn't chat. Suddenly, the caller got rude and slammed the phone down. If that really was BT, that's pretty poor behaviour! If not, whoever it was seriously needs to sort themselves out!
