This bloke named Matthew has been ringing me over and over saying the insulation they put in my loft isn’t up to scratch and will lead to damp and mould problems. He claimed Bracknell Council did the work, but actually, an independent firm organised by the Housing Association - who I rent my bungalow from - did it. When I try asking where his outfit is based, he says Oxford. It’s clear to me this is some kind of con because the minute I question why he’s bothering me instead of my landlord, he just hangs up.
