Got another phone call pretending to be from BT, and this time I was already expecting my internet would drop within a day. They told me to press one to fix the problem, but I knew it was just a scam.

Just had one of those robotic scam calls pretending to be from BT (which I’m not signed up with) saying my internet’s been hacked. My advice: hang up straight away and if you can, put their number on a block or divert list. Best not to engage at all.
