This morning I got a call from someone with a foreign accent asking for my husband using his last name. I told them he wasn’t here and asked if I could assist, but they just ended the call straight away!

Some guy with a thick Indian accent called me claiming he could sort out my Windows PC. He said he found my number because I bought the computer from them, which was clearly nonsense. If I’d had the time, I’d have run a virtual machine and recorded it, but honestly, you can catch the same scam all over YouTube - they usually end up asking for your card info through some shared screen session. Someone really needs to shut these scammers down and throw the book at them.

Some bloke rang up saying he needed me to let him onto my computer to sort out some issues or whatever. I didn't really trust it, seemed off, so I just hung up. Viruses and all that stuff make me wary.

Had two calls from this same number today, latest one around 3:30pm. Both times nobody spoke when I picked up, so I told them nicely to stop bothering me, especially since it's from an old director's number. These annoying calls are really getting worse lately even though I’m on the TPS and the number’s registered.

I just got a ring from a lady with a foreign accent claiming there was an issue with my main computer. I found it odd and asked her how she even knew there was a problem, as I don’t own any computer at all. She went silent for a moment, then said, “Wait, you don’t have a computer?” I told her again, “No, I definitely don’t have one.” Pretty clear this was a scam. When I said that, she insisted she wasn’t trying to scam me and suddenly just hung up.

I got a call from a lady with a Chinese accent, asking for the primary person who uses the computer here. She mentioned where she was calling from, but I couldn't catch it properly. She kept going over the same thing, so in the end I just hung up.
