Just a heads up, those Microsoft scam calls are everywhere! Don’t ever give anyone access to your computer unless YOU made the call to an official Microsoft number. Stay safe and be careful out there!

some guy with a thick asian accent named michael edwards rang up saying he worked for microsoft and claimed there was an issue with my pc. I wasn't having any of it and pretty much told him off, saying he and his lot were just scammers causing trouble.

Got back from work and noticed someone from East Grinstead tried ringing. They were too slack to leave any message though. I don’t bother with muppets like that. If I see a number on my caller ID and no message is left, I just block it straight away, no matter who it is!

This bloke, calling himself Michael Evans with a thick Indian accent, rang me up saying my computer was hacked and he'd help sort it out. He tried to get me to install some software. Honestly, don’t ever let some random call centre twonk make you run anything on your PC. Just tell them to jog on straight away. These people are total scumbags, can’t trust them at all.

I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who said his name was Michael Evans. He claimed my computer had a virus and threatened that Microsoft would shut down both my email and computer if I didn’t follow his instructions. Obviously, I didn’t fall for it.

Got a call from someone who sounded Asian, claiming to be from Microsoft. They got really aggressive and rude when I asked simple questions. At the end, when I refused to give any details, they just shouted at me to f off. Proper unpleasant experience.

Some bloke rang saying there was an issue with my PC, but I told him there’s no chance he knew that since I’ve never linked my home phone number to my computer. After that, he just hung up on me.

hey this number rang me at about 8.17 this morning, a woman said she was calling from microsoft. when i asked which microsoft she said microsoft international. i asked for her phone number as i was about to leave and said i’d call back. she gave me 0203287932. but when i tried calling a couple hours later, the number was invalid, missing a digit or something. so obviously it’s not legit.
