I received a call from a rather mechanical-sounding voice that insisted they were reaching out on behalf of my life insurance company. They wanted me to hit button 5 if I wished to discuss my policy or button 9 if I preferred to opt-out. Quite frankly, I found it all a bit dodgy and opted to block the number instead.

Whenever I get calls from unknown numbers, I usually don’t pick up and this one didn’t even leave a voicemail. I noticed I had some missed calls from them on my mobile, so I decided to look them up online before calling back, but came up empty - no info at all. Has anyone else answered this number? Anyone know who it might be?

Got a phone call where they said "Dear customer, we've been trying to reach you about your life insurance policy." They asked me to press 5 to talk or 9 to opt out. Totally bogus though since I’ve never had any life insurance and still don’t. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
