Didn’t pick up, but judging by the earlier comments, this is likely just a scam.

Got a recorded call from someone saying they were from BT, but they had a strange American accent. They said my IP address was hacked or something, and if I didn’t hit 9 to call back, my service would be stopped. I just ended the call straight away.
