Was meant to be from Wales but the person spoke with a thick Indian accent, so obviously dodgy. They tried cold calling me, but when I told them that cold calling is against the law and I was going to report them, they just dropped the call instantly like their life depended on it! The speed they hung up was unreal, proper sketchy.

Received a call from this number this evening. When I inquired with the lady on the line, who had a distinct Indian accent, about the whereabouts of Barmouth (which is in North Wales), she responded rather oddly, saying, “It’s in London… and also in Europe.” Quite baffling, really!

Out of curiosity, I tried returning the call only to find myself led to a voice prompt that offered me a chance to 'opt-out' of future communications. It went on to request my full name, address, postcode, and some other personal snippets. My advice is crystal clear: block every single one of these dodgy callers you encounter. They prey on those who are vulnerable and are simply after your personal information. Always remember to be cautious and stand firm about what details you share with strangers on the line. I've had my own unfortunate experience in the past and have since taken serious precautions; even deleting an email account linked to a different series of unsolicited messages. I'm much more vigilant now and encourage everyone to be the same!

I received a call from this number on the 27th of March. I picked up, but they ended the call immediately. They tried reaching me again on the 29th, but I decided to decline the call.
