I received a call from someone insisting that I had enrolled in a financial training programme. The chap mentioned he was from an FCA-related company. To me, he came across as the archetypal scammer, so I promptly opted to block the number!

I’ve had calls from 01341507723 recently. Normally, I don’t pick up if it’s a number I’m not familiar with. I noticed there were other similar numbers mentioned, so maybe this one’s linked with those too.

Some bloke rang me saying I’d apparently signed up for some finance training. When I asked what it was about and how they had my info, things got sketchy. I told them to delete my details, but then the same guy started shouting he was from an FCA-registered company. I then asked to speak to a manager, but he said he was that too. So, I ended the call and blocked the number. Proper rude and smells like a scam if you ask me.

They rang me up and asked if it was X on the line. I replied with "what do u want" and then they just cut the call. I've blocked the number since then!
