I received a call from an Asian gentleman who introduced himself as "John." He was rather keen to carry out a survey and inquired if I still resided at an address from six years back. I informed him that I no longer lived there and politely declined to share my current address. He then complimented my voice, which I found a bit odd, before asking which age range I fell into. I reiterated that I preferred to keep my personal details private and wasn’t comfortable disclosing any specifics. He insisted he was only looking for a general age bracket, but I remained firm in my refusal and asked him not to ring this number again. He abruptly ended the call after that.

Got a random call and when I asked who they were, they kept avoiding the question and said I’d apparently given my number ages ago. The guy sounded like he was from India, with a strong accent, and kept trying to convince me there'd be no charges or anything, but never said why he was calling in the first place. Felt really sketchy, so I just blocked the number. Definitely seems like a scam to me.
