I think it was a scam, they claimed my PC was throwing up loads of errors. They asked if I wanted to visit a site or let them access my computer remotely, but never gave me a straight answer. They said they were from some Microsoft security department. When I told them I manage servers with Windows systems and my computer was totally fine, they just ended the call.
