Got a call on my personal landline today. Some robot voice claimed it was from my internet company, saying I was involved in illegal stuff and my service would be cut soon. Then it went on about press 1 for this, press 2 for that... But that’s not even my provider! 100% looks like a scam, likely trying to nab bank info or whatever. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I received a rather alarming call on my landline just now. An automated voice claimed to be from my internet service provider, asserting that I was engaged in some illegal activities and that my service would be terminated within 24 hours. They urged me to press 1 or 2 for various options, but I promptly hung up! It's clearly a scam; I know my provider would never reach out in such a manner!

Got a robo call telling me my internet was going to be cut off. I pressed 1 and got through to someone who claimed there was an issue with my account and my broadband was about to be disconnected. I rang up Talk Talk afterwards and they said it was a scam. They went through all my account info and assured me my internet was fine.
