I received a call from this number at precisely 9:05 in the morning on the 20th of February. The person on the other end, who had an Indian accent, claimed to be from Online Support located at 13 Hanover Street in London. He insisted there was an issue with my laptop and urged me to enter some codes he would provide. Sensing something was off, I hung up and promptly contacted Online Support directly. They verified that it was indeed a scam and not a legitimate call from their office.
