Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent claiming she was from some online support team, saying my computer had some issue. I just told her she was fibbing and being cheeky. She ended the call right away. I doubt this number actually belongs to anywhere near Speyside, Scotland. Andy

Got a call from a woman speaking with an Asian accent, claiming there was something wrong with my computer.

She wanted to confirm if I owned the computer and then asked me to log in while following her directions.

Let's just say, I wasn't exactly kind in my response!

Pretty clear it was a dodgy attempt to get into my system.

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent who claimed there was an issue with my computer. She requested I access my computer and adhere to her guidance. Unfortunately, I didn't handle the situation well at all and ended up being quite brusque and rather unkind before I ended the call.
