I was chatting away about my computer when I suddenly hung up the phone. I’ve a knack for building my own rigs, you see. At that point, I was munching on my meal. Five days ago, I encountered a rather nasty virus that’s gone and encrypted my files. Now I can't access them at all. It’s quite cheeky, really, as it demands that I part with a certain sum of money to have them restored. There were about thirty files in question - nothing of great importance, merely old TV recordings, and I had around three thousand on that drive altogether. Oddly enough, these files were stored separately, away from the main drive, perhaps indicating they had some significance? I wonder if this might be related to the files that corrupted earlier? Maybe I ought to consider notifying the authorities about this predicament.

Instead of providing any clarity, the caller abruptly ended the conversation. I’ve got a sneaky suspicion they were hoping to pull a fast one, expecting me to ring them back since the number wasn’t blocked. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
