Received a call around 11:35 this morning and just let it go to voicemail, but nothing was left. Funny enough, around the same time yesterday, I got a random call from someone calling himself James Rogers, saying he was with BT support. The bloke sounded Asian, and was trying to convince me there was a big issue with my internet. When I started asking more questions, he quickly hung up, just like the other comment mentioned. Definitely a dodgy scam caller.

the person on the phone first introduced himself as robert james, then quickly changed it to james roberts, which was a bit fishy. he had an accent that seemed asian to me. he claimed to be from xenon or zenon tech support, telling me my computer had a serious issue and that a virus had been downloaded onto my server earlier that day. but i told him i hadn’t even used my computer that morning since i’d been out and only just got home a couple hours ago, and then he just hung up on me. not really surprising at all!
