some guy called alan, said he was from microsoft, claiming my computer was offline and he could fix it for me. i told him i actually don’t have a pc (which is true), so he switched to asking about my laptop. i said i don’t own a laptop either (which is kinda true). he got thrown off, probably ‘cause i wasn’t following his usual lines. surprisingly, he said sorry and then hung up! never had that happen with these calls before. now i’m left scratching my head!
