They're calling again, asking to talk to the business owner or partners, saying it's about research and updating info. Honestly, there's no reason for the owner to get involved, and they definitely wouldn't be the ones handling any online updates!

They say it's free for people over 60 to get fall emergency alerts, but then it ends up costing £39.99 each month to actually use it. Bit misleading if you ask me.

On 5th July 2023 around 1:30pm, got a call from someone with a thick Asian accent, their English was really bad. They said they were with some kind of medical service but didn't stay on the line for long before hanging up. Wasn't buying it though and tried to mess around to waste her time.
