It appears that this is a call centre located abroad that's utilising a UK phone number for redirection purposes. They claim to represent BT Openreach. I refused to engage with the caller, and they proceeded to ring me back a staggering five times. Interestingly, when I tried to return the call, the number came up as unrecognisable. Quite the dodgy operation!
