I’ve had three calls in just one day from people saying they’re from BT and that there’s a computer issue. One call came from a number starting with 01339, but it wasn’t the same number twice. Another one was from a 02629 area code, which this site says belongs to Kankai in India. Every time, I hung up straight away because I’m pretty sure these callers aren’t legit.
