On 18th September 2019 around 1.40pm, I got a call from someone named Alex with an Asian accent. He said there were complaints about my internet connection and claimed there was something wrong with my router that he could fix. Even though I told him turning on my computer might take ages, he said he'd hang around while I did it. Turns out, he was in no rush at all. I wasn't impressed and made it clear I wasn’t falling for his nonsense and told him to buzz off (didn’t hold back, sorry!). Then I ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
