definitely sounded like a call centre, i could hear loads of people talking behind the guy. he said he was from bt and wanted me to look at my internet router, asking if the red light was on. i was like, who exactly do you think you’re ringing? he just went ‘it’s you madam’. i asked if he actually knew who i was, and he just said ‘you are you’. honestly, best thing to do is just hang up right away.
