Got a call claiming to be from BT about my internet. They wanted me to test my device’s speed so they could sort out any issues.

some bloke called ‘robert’, supposed to be a senior manager at bt openreach, took me for a ride for about 15 mins before twigging i wasn’t legit. then he got really nasty and started shouting. these lot are a joke - best chance you got is to mess about with them. made sure i reported him to bt and also actionfraud.
