So, I got a call from this Indian lady saying she was with BT Openreach, asking about my internet speeds. Funny enough, I’d actually had a problem just the day before that BT had fixed, so I was nearly fooled. I told her I was busy and to ring back later. Then I phoned BT myself, and they confirmed it was a scam. Turns out, I’ve got this call protect thing on my account that blocks dodgy calls - didn’t even know about it! If she tries ringing again, she’s properly blocked. Big thanks to BT for being top-notch with their support!
