Something about checking the owner’s details and trying to get us off our current contract because apparently we were paying too much. But we don’t even use their services! The caller had a thick Indian accent which made it tough to follow, and then he rudely asked if I even spoke English. He kept talking in this hurried, annoyed way, demanding to know why I contacted their ‘company’ - but the name he used wasn’t even my electric supplier!
