I reckon this is a dodgy call from one of those auto dialer scams. Some woman with a posh voice claiming to be from your Internet company, telling you you'll lose your connection in the next day or two unless you hit 1 to chat with their system. Don't do it! It probably just sends you through to a pricey phone number. Real ISPs don’t just ring you randomly like this about stuff like that. They’ve phoned my home line twice in half an hour. Just hang up and block the number.
