This number gave me a call earlier today. When I picked up, there were some voices muffled in the background, but no one bothered to actually say anything. In the end, I decided to hang up. I’m certainly not going to pick up again-if I do, they might not appreciate what I have to say! Honestly, it’s quite rude that they can't even manage a proper response.

Got a call today from this number about double glazing from Thermal Homes, even though the line is on the TPS list. When I asked the caller who they were, they gave their company name. I told them I’d be reporting them for ignoring the telemarketing regulations.

thermal solutions called me even tho my number is on the do not call list. i was just filling the bath for my kid when the woman started her whole sales pitch. i tried to cut her off nicely by saying i wasn’t interested. instead of saying sorry for disturbing me, she just pressed the hang-up button straight away. then i overheard her telling someone else that i’d been rude to her, which i thought was a bit cheeky.

Got a call asking if I was the owner of the place, but the moment I mentioned I'm just renting, they ended the call straight away.

Got another ring today - thanks to my call blocker. Told "Brian from Home Solutions" back on 14th December that this number’s on the TPS (see my earlier report). Marked it as harassment now cos this is clearly ongoing and kinda feels like a breach of the peace. Makes me wonder if they’re scouting houses or somethin’?

I received a call from someone inquiring whether we had a conservatory. The person just wouldn't stop chattering away! I eventually had to raise my voice to get her to pay attention. I informed her that I was on the Telephone Preference Service and requested that my number be taken off their list. In response, she insisted that the TPS was only applicable for sales calls and claimed hers was not a sales call! I reiterated my request for them to remove my details and then hung up.

Instead, they claimed they were merely inquiring if I required new windows installed and wanted to refresh their records. I swiftly ended the call.

Got a call on Sunday 17th Dec 2017 around half past twelve. The caller, who said his name was Nicky, asked me some questions, saying he was working nearby. I didn’t catch what area he meant though. I told him that this number is registered with the TPS and pointed out it was Sunday anyway. I said I’d report the call and then ended it. Total nuisance.

Had this really pushy bloke from England ring up, all chummy and asking if I was still the owner of the house. It felt like he already knew I wasn’t just renting or summat, like a sneaky way to start the chat. Didn’t reply to that cheeky question. He said they were from either Home Solutions or Thermal Solutions - I can’t quite remember. When I mentioned the phone preference service, he acted like he had no clue what that was. Didn’t hang about, just ended the call then and there.

Received a call at precisely 12:21pm on the 14th of September 2017. The chap claimed to be called Graham, representing something called Home Link Solutions. I inquired if perhaps he had dialled the wrong number, to which he promptly ended the call. Seems like this might be a legitimate property leasing outfit based in Essex.
