2 yearsOn the 19th of August 2024 at around 4.07pm, my landline rang and I picked up to hear a man with an Asian accent claiming I'd been charged an extra £549 for kitchen appliances and he was offering a refund. He then asked to confirm my name and address, which he already seemed to know. I told him I hadn’t bought any kitchen stuff recently, but he insisted his info was right and asked if I wanted the money back.
