I encountered an individual claiming to represent Microsoft, who turned quite aggressive and resorted to inappropriate language upon learning that I was documenting our conversation. I've subsequently reported this scammer to Action Fraud.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft but turned out to be an Indian scammer. When I mentioned I was recording the call, they started swearing a lot. Reported the whole thing to Action Fraud because it was definitely a con.
