When I asked why he wasn’t calling from a private number and why a call from Scotland would sound like that, he said he couldn’t prove he was NHS but insisted he was. Then he began asking if I had any side effects from my Covid vaccine. I decided to test him by asking which vaccine I was given. He ended up guessing wrong and promptly hung up.

I got a call like that too, where the bloke said he was from the NHS and started asking if I had medical insurance. Soon enough, he was digging into money stuff, which felt dodgy. The guy sounded Indian and kept calling me ‘Mr’ plus my first name only, which definitely raised alarm bells. I ended up hanging up because it was obvious he wasn’t being truthful. I even tried FaceTiming the number to catch him out and share it on Facebook, but the call wouldn’t go through. Not shocking at all, as the number won’t pick up when you ring back lol.

I started telling him I’ve got loads of serious health problems, and he just kept saying “oh sorry, anything else?”. I asked if he was even paying attention, said yes, so I told him to jog on and multiply. He cut off straight away. If he didn’t try to scam me, he wouldn’t get ripped off like that. I got a call from someone saying they were with the NHS doing a survey about coronavirus. They used an old name and gave an address for me that’s not even current, but I didn’t point that out. They wanted to know if I’d caught covid, had any vaccines, and if I’d experienced any effects. I didn’t share much with them. They called me claiming to be from the NHS, but it’s clearly a scam. The number they used was 01334 845268. What a load of rubbish! Total con artists.

Got a phone call where the person suddenly switched from talking about covid vaccines and their side effects to trying to sell life insurance. I told them their points didn’t really link up with the vaccination topic at all. Watch out for these kind of dodgy calls.

They said they were from the NHS at first and began by asking about COVID stuff and all that. Then they quickly moved on trying to fish for my personal details, even brought up life insurance which made me super suspicious. Definitely a scam in my book.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be calling on behalf of the NHS. They said they wanted to check about Covid and flu jabs but didn’t prove who they were at all. Feels like a scam to me, just trying to gather personal details to pitch something later on. Wouldn’t trust it.

Loads of these numbers keep ringing me but I just don’t pick up. I only began getting these annoying spam calls after I got a fresh phone number that was only known by my family. This happened after I phoned 111 for my mum. Honestly, it looks like the NHS either has rubbish security or they’re leaking our info to scammers. There’s no other way they could’ve got hold of my digits.

Got a call from some Asian woman talking about Covid, but honestly, couldn't catch a word she said. As soon as I mentioned that, she just hung up on me. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent asking if I’d had the Covid vaccine. I told him it sounded dodgy and then just ended the call. After that, I blocked the number and reported it straight away.

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who seemed to know details about my covid jab, like if I’d got the printed letter with the barcode to show my vaccine info. She even knew my name and my postcode. Then she started asking if I had life insurance, which struck me as odd given the reason for her call. When I asked why she needed that info, she said it was for updating the database. I called her out, saying she wasn’t really from the NHS. She kept insisting she was, but I wasn’t convinced, so I just ended the call.

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from the NHS, asking about my Covid jab status and if I had any symptoms. Then suddenly, she started asking if I had life insurance, which seemed really off to me since the NHS wouldn't ask stuff like that on a phone call. I mentioned to her that I'd forgotten which company she was from, but she kept pestering me about it like 6 or 7 times. After the third time, I told her if I couldn't remember the name when she asked just moments ago, I wasn’t going to recall it now. She didn’t seem to get the point and went right on asking. Eventually, she gave up, said a polite goodbye and ended the call.
