Sounds like some fake robot bloke trying to act like a BT techie. He warned me my internet would be switched off in a day because of some “hacking” on my IP. Asked me to hit certain buttons on the phone, obviously dodgy. Even if I’d recorded it, wouldn’t have proved much since it was probably just a computer-generated voice.
