It was someone saying they were from HM Revenue and Customs. Quite suspicious if you ask me. Seems like another one of those dodgy calls trying to get your details. Definitely worth checking the number before saying anything.

I got a call from a lady about life insurance. She wouldn’t say who she was at the start and just kept asking for my info. When she eventually mentioned the purpose of the call, I just said flat out "No thanks, not interested." She didn’t get it at first and asked me twice what I wasn’t interested in, so I had to clearly say "Your call!"
