I got a call from a centre that sounded American, but when I asked, turns out they're actually operating out of Derby. Bit confusing, wasn’t expecting that!

I've had a number of calls from this particular number recently, and I even got a voicemail. It turned out to be an automated system. There was a woman with a foreign accent who simply said hello, and that was the extent of it. Seems like a right bother, if you ask me.

This number rang me up the other day, and some bloke asked straight out if I was the person he was trying to reach. I gave a cheeky "Maybe" and suddenly he got all hostile, asking if that’s how I chat with my own folks. I told him it didn’t matter 'cause he’s definitely not family, and that he could keep his scam for another time before I ended the call.
