Got a voicemail from them saying something like "don't worry right now, we’ll ring you back." I just deleted the message and blocked the caller straight away. Messages like this can freak people out but trust me, it’s just a scam.

Got a call asking if they could speak to my husband, said he owned the house. When I asked what it was about, they mentioned something about the loft - then said loft insulation. I just ended the call there. I meant to tell them I’m on the telephone preference service, but totally forgot.
