Got a very persistent caller saying he was with EcoSeal windows. Told him I already sorted everything out but he kept pushing to arrange a home visit to quote me for a car port. I told him twice I don’t want one, don’t need it and haven’t got room for it. I've also emailed through their website asking them nicely to delete my info as per data protection laws.

If you just ignore these random calls and dont waste your time on them, they will usually stop. If the number looks unfamiliar, just dont pick up, its as simple as that. Later on you can look up the number on the internet and if its spam, block it with your phone’s reject feature. Any real business or person trying to get in touch will leave a voicemail anyway.

Got a call from Eco Windows in Derby, and the bloke even used my married name without me giving it. Hang up and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from Windows sales like some others mentioned - they were talking about some ‘recycling programme around here’. Annoyed they already knew my name, like a lot of these firms do. Somebody called saying they were from 'Eco-Windows' and wanted to know what windows I got. I told them "They’re just square windows, cheers" and hung up straightaway!

They said they were from ‘eco-windows’. Asked me what sort of windows I had, so I just said “square ones, ta very much” and hung up! Told them not interested, simples.

annoying sales lot. adam phoned me at 12:16 but my hubby told him to buzz off straight away! then at 12:20 same adam rings back and puts me through to some rude bloke called john who was meant to be a manager or something, trying to flog me windows for a brand new house, or a conservatory, or a door?? i told them ive just had windows fitted and a new composite door as well! its a proper joke. then they ring again - ive had six calls in just one hour from these pushy lot. you cant even get a word in, and their accent is quite grating to listen to!
