Whenever I pick up calls from this number, all I get is dead silence with nothing on the other side.

I got a call from 01332890971 where a bloke said he was from Care Co, a place selling disabled equipment. He started asking if I was worried about a recent government announcement about disabled folks. It didn’t sit right with me, so I threw a simple question back his way. The guy just hung up right away. My guess is they’re trying to scare older or disabled people into giving out their financial details or tricking them into some dodgy scheme.
