Got a call about a loft survey, promising to check everything was fine and asking to set up an appointment for later this week. They kept saying my name and address, even mentioned the time I had my loft insulated a few years back. I told them I wasn't interested in booking anything, then the call just dropped - definitely felt like a scam!

Rude and Aggressive
I had an unwelcome cold call from this number, and the chap on the other end, who introduced himself as Stefan, became quite hostile when I politely declined his offer. Quite the unpleasant experience, I must say.

Got a call from a Derby area code, claiming they wanted to inspect my loft insulation and offer an extended warranty. They mentioned they’d sent a letter a while back, but I told them I hadn’t received anything. Then out of nowhere, some random Derby number ringing me and expecting to come into my home - no chance! Told them to jog on and blocked the number. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam.

Since I work in Derby, I saw the area code and thought I’d pick up. The person on the line sounded really groggy but somehow knew my name. When I asked them again where they were calling from, all I got was this massive burp! Definitely added to my blocked numbers now. 🚫

I didn’t recognise the number so I just ignored the call. They didn’t leave me a voicemail or anything. When I looked it up on this site, it showed it’s been reported 71 times. That’s enough for me to block it straight away!

Got a call from some energy savings people out the blue, sounding all professional but totally cold calling. Pretty sure they just want to push their services on you at home.
