I got a call from a company doing some kind of survey, but when I asked how they got my info, they just wouldn’t say - said it was confidential or whatever. When I told them that sounded like a GDPR violation, they just gave me an email for their compliance dept. Feels like a total scam to me.

Some sort of marketing firm, but the name wasn’t clear. They didn’t ask for any bank info, just wanted to know if I was interested in calls from energy companies and life insurance folks. When I said no thanks, there was no hard sell and the person was quite polite.

Had a really hard time understanding the caller, sounded like they had a strong accent. They said their company was Berso or someting similar??? They asked me to answer three questions. Could hear dogs barking loudly in the background as well. I told them I didn’t know the company and wasn’t interested in answering, but they kept saying I would "gain lots from this". I told her again, twice, that I wasn’t interested and she finally said goodbye. I’ve blocked the number now.

They just rang me but I didn’t answer, later I looked it up here and saw what people said. I’ve reported the number to Vodafone’s spam caller list so they can look into it and stop the calls for everyone with Vodafone.

Had a hard time making out what he was saying because of his accent, and he was really quick firing questions about insurance, washing machines and internet deals. I told him no every time.
