Hidenda (PPI) - They take a standard 25% fee only if your case is successful, no win no fee which I found pretty straightforward. The process to get my claim sorted was quick and hassle free. I saw some reviews where folks think a 25% cut is a rip off, but honestly, everyone’s got to make a living somehow. I’m okay with the fee since they handle all the hard work, and I only pay if they actually win for me.

Someone called asking for my hubby by his name but I couldn't really understand what they were saying. Definitely one of those PPI things! They were really pushy, so I just ended the call. Best not to pick up if this number rings you.

THEY RING CONSTANTLY! After I gave a bit of a nod towards wanting my PPI refund, they start calling nearly every day for like a week, then stop for like three weeks, then start the whole thing again. Someone called asking for a bloke called Mark, I thought maybe he meant my hubby. I asked what company it was and he said something like "hidenda". Got a call out of the blue from a firm trying to see if I’d been wrongly sold credit. The chap on the phone was quite courteous and after a quick chat, he worked out I probably wasn’t someone they could help. This number kept calling me loads, so I got in touch with 02 for some advice. They suggested I download the Truecaller app from the Play Store. I did just that, and pretty quickly, it’s already stopped a couple of calls from coming through. They keep phoning, texting, and even emailing me all the time. When I first asked where they got my details, they claimed I shared them with other firms and didn’t specify they couldn’t pass it on. On my Android, to stop certain calls, I tap the phone app and check the call log. Then I press down on the number that annoys me for a bit, and a menu pops up. From there, I can choose "Add to auto reject list" either from the little menu that shows or from the options at the top. The caller I’m blocking is 01332815419.

So I got a call from this number and when I looked it up it was one of those ppi scam calls, I rung them back on a blocked number and now I am constantly getting text msgs from o2 saying I missed a call from them, proper annoying. Caller: ppi.

They keep saying they’re from some refund team... something about PPI. They even used my old surname from before I got married, so their info is clearly ancient, like 7 years or more. When I asked if I’d ever had a credit card or loan in the past 15 years, they claimed there might be hidden PPI tucked away somewhere. I refused to give any details and told them to take me off their list immediately. So fed up with these annoying calls - total nuisance! Caller name was PPI chaser.
