I think it's a scam, my number’s been hijacked to make these calls. I’ve told the police and my phone company about it. Don’t know exactly how they managed it, but I’ve put Call Safe on my phone so I don’t accidentally ring them back.

I got a call from a number claiming there was a virus on my Windows PC, they said to press 1 to get help. But turns out, it was a scam that ended up charging me £1.50 a minute on a reverse charge. Watch out for these sneaky calls!

Just got one of those pre-recorded calls again, prob one of them internet scams. feels like these scammers are gettin’ too lazy - no real convo, just that boring message on loop. makes it kinda dull tbh.

I just got a prerecorded call from a woman with an American accent saying my internet address was at risk and to hit 1 to speak with a tech. Feels like one of those dodgy scams to me.
