I got a call from someone claiming to be Openreach, sounded like a call centre from India or somewhere. They started going on about weird traffic on my router and asked if I was close by to it. I just ended the call before they could try asking for any passwords or anything. Just so you know, BT would never ask daft questions about your router and they’d actually know what model it is.
