Somebody called saying they were from HMRC and claimed they needed my info to sort out a refund. Definitely a total scam.

Got a call from this 01332 739983 number on my landline. It was some recorded message pretending to be from a tax department, saying I’m guilty of tax fraud. The message said if I didn’t hit '1' right away, they’d send an arrest warrant out for me. Total scam to steal cash, so I’ve just blocked the number. Don’t get caught out like I almost did!
